Q. What do I need to do to receive a quote?
A. Use our online form to request a quote. Paragon will respond within 24 hours with a specification form and some additional information. When we are in receipt of your specifications and/or prototype (if you have one) we will provide pricing in 5 to 7 business days. If you are unsure about your specs, don’t worry, a representative from Paragon will help walk you through it.

Q. How long will it take to produce my game?
A. Once we have received final artwork typically 4 to 6 weeks domestically, if production is to be done in Asia 90 to 120 days.

Q. What’s Order Tolerance?
A. The printing and packaging industry standard is plus or minus 10%. This means that if you order 5,000 games you can expect to receive 4,500 to 5,500 games.

Q. What’s a game tray or platform?
A. It’s the component that holds all the game pieces inside the game box. This piece can be die cut and made of paper or corrugated or plastic in which case it’s thermoformed.

Q. What’s 4C process?
A. 4C refers to four color printing and process is the method of printing using four primary colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) that allows for the full range of color to be produced.

Q. Does Paragon do graphic design work?
A. No but we can certainly make some recommendations for you.

Q. Does Paragon warehouse and order fulfillment?
